Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $250 AUD. Orders under this amount will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout based on your region.

Tees are dispatched from our Australian 3PL located in Queensland within 1–3 business days.

Fine art prints are printed on demand and shipped separately from our partner in NSW Australia. If your order includes both, you will receive two shipments.

All domestic and international orders are sent via Australia Post, with tracking provided once your order has been shipped. Estimated delivery times for express and standard services are shown at checkout.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.
On Island Time does not offer refunds for orders refused due to unpaid duties.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to severe weather. We are not responsible for stolen packages or delays once an order is in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
On Island Time cannot reimburse or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
