EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, On Island Time offers store credit for an exchange—whether you’d like a different tee or size. Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued if the product is deemed faulty.
TERMS OF EXCHANGE
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, strong fragrances or odours, pet hair, fake tan or makeup marks
Please confirm your return by emailing orders@kyndcommunity.com. We will then provide you with the returns address and instructions.
On Island Time reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
